aperture

My photography is not professional, but it pays for itself.

I’m still using Apple’s deceased Aperture for my photography, and it’s fine. However, I know at some point I’m going to have to jump ship: it won’t always keep working as the industry undercurrents pull me along the computer upgrade cycle.

I’m particularly interested in non–Adobe alternatives: I won’t bore you with the why (ok, I will: their licence terms are iniquitous).

I’m checking the ground, in case I have to jump. But I won’t jump until necessary, whenever that is, because I’m happy with Aperture.
