I’m feeling down.
It’s not because my new job isn’t working out, although that doesn’t help either.
I think it’s the country. Ireland’s been independent from the UK since the 1920s, yet it has the same faults. I left the UK because I wanted to get away from the general culture of indifference and incompetence; I’m really annoyed I’ve come back to the same thing here.
