It’s been one of those days.

I’d arranged a dentist appointment for this morning. When brushing my teeth after I got up, a crown collapsed. Well, I thought, at least I’m going to the dentist. Unfortunately, she decided that the problem was too serious for repair, and extracted the remainder of the tooth. Oh well.

Still, I’ve got to look on the bright side: I’ve lost some weight.
