The Clock ActiveX control displays and inputs a time in analogue format.
The control requires Windows NT 4 (with Service Pack 3), Windows 95/98, or something
more recent.
The clock control can be manipulated with the keyboard or the mouse .

The tips of each hand can be dragged to change the time;
The AM/PM symbol can be clicked to swap morning with afternoon, and vice versa;
The mouse button can be pressed on the winder to move the hands backwards (top half) or forwards (bottom half).
