Structure Server

Modgraph Consultants Ltd. Structure Server consists a database of chemical structures, and various services to search and modify that data. Features include:

Fast searching for particular structure, a sub-structure, or a similar structure;
Searching on molecular formulae, various keys and other fields;
Update and amendment capabilities, including full auditing;
User identification and security;
Communication via TCP/IP, including with PCs using Cyberspace Services Ltd. ActiveX chemical drawing control.

The server is hosted on UNIX, and requires Oracle and Daylight. Modgraph Consultants Ltd. can prepare a version of the server adapted for a particular customer's requirements.
