In the event of my death, all the work I’ve created, my poetry, music, prose, photographs, books, website, CDs, source control archives, and all my other works, are to be handed to the control of my publisher, or, if (s)he is unwilling to take control, the preceding publisher, etc., all the way back to wurm press. Everything must be available, free, for research and review. The website is to be maintained until the latest version is archived by the wayback machine and the British Library. Everything else I leave to my brother and sister for fair distribution to family members as they see fit.

Explanation: my goal with my arts is my life goal, to have an acknowledged influence on future civilisation(s). For artworks to be properly developed, they need to be managed by people who understand the arts. My immediate family, and i hope they’ll accept this, do not understand the arts.
