evermynd has a very simple and effective design. It’s pure monochrome, using simple geometry and greys, with effective use of fonts. It is pretty much the opposite of this place. She’s a graphic designer, and you can tell.

Hidden under the plain surface is a lot of content. Some of it appears to be subtle self–promotion for her work, although I prefer to see it as justifiable boasting. It introduces her personality and her passions without the use of a hammer, as a home site should.

From the computer, evermynd is a masterpiece. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work quite so well on mobiles. Still, the very fact I looked reveals I’m impressed.
