a guy
     me
          talking to himself

they’re written
     at the moment
          of the moment
     on the moment
no more

     raw
that had to be said
     insanity
that’s sane
     supposédly

as such
    they treat
they’re not new
     not at all

they’re
    old
          old
               old

older
than skeletons

     as old
     as gender

a raw clatter
of unreason

     a modicum of consideration
     of awareness

a skewer
     through reality’s
          paper doll

          the other
     her unintended promise
