i sell books, CDs, prints, and other items here, for the convenience of purchasers.

postage & packing (p&p)

for orders under €15, p&p is €5;
for other orders between €15 & €50 inclusive, p&p is €8;
for other orders over €50, p&p is free.

shipping

the terms & conditions of delivery are those of the delivery service used;
orders for an address in france are usually shipped by france’s la poste;
all other orders are usually shipped by luxembourg’s le post;
for alternative shipping arrangements, contact me before you place an order.

taxes & duty

VAT is included on orders to be delivered to an address in the European Union;
Other taxes, duties, tariffs, and any other charges, on deliveries to addresses inside or outside the European Union, are the responsibility of the recipient.

privacy

i do not see purchaser’s financial information, which is managed by a payment service, such as paypal;
i retain some information about purchases made;
information retained is not intentionally divulged to third parties, except to fulfil the purchase, or as required by law.

disputes

in case of dispute, when payment is involved, please use the dispute resolution process of the payment service, such as paypal;
