2. i sell copies of my books and CDs here, for the convenience of purchasers;

postage & packing (p&p)

1. for orders under €16, p&p is €5;
2. for orders between €16 & €50 inclusive, p&p is €8;
3. for orders over €50, p&p is free.

shipping

1. orders for an address in france are usually shipped by france’s la poste;
2. all other orders are usually shipped by luxembourg’s le post;
3. for alternative shipping arrangements, contact me before you place your order.

privacy

1. i do not see purchaser’s financial information, which is managed by a payment service, such as paypal;
2. i retain other information about purchases made;
3. information retained is not intentionally divulged to third parties, except to fulfil the purchase, or as required by law.

disputes

1. where possible, use the dispute resolution process of a payment service, such as paypal;
2. otherwise contact me directly to find a resolution;
3. any disputes that we cannot resolve ourselves shall be resolved in accordance with luxembourg law.

exclusions

1. these terms & conditions only apply to items sold on this website;
2. these terms & conditions do not apply to purchases made on other websites, such as deviant art or red bubble.
