the padded cloud
has wrapped itself over
the black tower
it’s not of course
the padded cloud
is centuries ahead
perspective flat distorted
and the concrete black
’s not built
for one moment’s one cloud
viaductive arch
and anyway
the sight coincidence
’s gone
leaving more
inverted laid
plant protection
